Have your kiddos join us for a cooking class at Food Lab as we travel Asia in this camp, visiting China, Thailand, Japan, India and learn some techniques and flavors from the East.

Day 1:
Dumplings: Little pockets of dough stuffed with meat or vegetable filling and spices
Dipping Sauce: Sesame and Tamari based dipping sauce for the dumplings
Cucumber Salad: Refreshingly simple cucumber salad with a sesame vinaigrette

Day 2:
Vegetable Fried Rice: Mixed vegetables with egg and rice, a great complete meal!
Soba Noodle Salad with Sesame Dressing: Deliciously dressed noodles with vegetables and herbs
Orange Chicken Wings and Drums: Our take on some classic Chinese Orange Chicken, winner for all
Cream Cheese Wontons

Day 3:
Spring Rolls: Fresh vegetables and rice noodles rolled with herbs and dipped in a sauce
Chinese Scallion Pancakes: A flavorful savory crepe like dish
Egg Rolls: Vegetables cooked and rolled into egg wrappers and baked until golden.

Day 4:
Classic Samosa: An Indian treat, potatoes and curry stuffed in dough and baked off to golden perfection
Raita: A yogurt cucumber sauce perfect for dipping

Day 5:
Build your own Sushi Burrito
Chicken Yakitori
Cucumber Salad
Onigiri
Miso Soup
