From February 13-15, enjoy tasty a la carte specials being offered including a smoked beet salad, smoked trout dip, pan-seared scallops, smoked prime rib and a raspberry chocolate torte. Pair your meal with a Colorado whiskey flight for just $16, showcasing bourbons from Boulder Distilling, Breckenridge Distillery, and Family Jones. Add some extra flair to your Valentine’s celebration by enjoying a three-course dinner at My Neighbor Felix, available February 13-15. Indulge in a menu inspired by the diverse regions of Mexico with a prix-fixe dinner starting at $50 per person. Begin with a strawberry jicama salad or sopa de chile poblano, followed by a choice of filet mole negro or Colorado bass baja entrée and end with a rich chocolate Abuelita cake or corlota de limon y hibiscus for dessert. Treat your special someone to a romantic evening at Jill’s Restaurant with a three-course prix-fixe dinner on February 14 & 15 from 5-10 PM for $75 per person. Start with their imported burrata with pistachio pesto, saba, and a touch of chile flake, or warm up with charred cauliflower and heirloom carrot soup. Choose between tender beef short rib, verlasso salmon or artichoke pappardelle for your main course. End the night on a sweet note with strawberry shortcake, caramel crunch, or pistachio ice cream. Are arts and crafts more of your style for celebrating Valentine’s Day? Spend your Friday night at The New Local's Wildflower Ceramics Workshop with the talented ceramicist Lynette Errante. This unique workshop will teach you the art of wildflower-imprinted ceramics - a perfect way for couples, friends or individuals to celebrate love and creativity this holiday.
