Take a musical trip around the world with easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, flexibility, and coordination. If you can match in place, you can enjoy ZumbaĀ®! If you can clap, you can dance LaBlastĀ® Fitness! Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong! Absolutely no dance background is required. No prior experience is necessary.

āKeep calm and Zumbaā Hello! Iām Lidia, and I live in Boulder. I absolutely love teaching all Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class is a dance party! I am currently licensed to teach ZumbaĀ®, Zumba GoldĀ®, ZumbaĀ® Toning, and LaBlastĀ®. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast!
