This menu can be made vegetarian upon request. We do not make fresh gluten free pasta but can prepare store purchased gluten free pasta for those with gluten allergies. Due to the nature of these recipes, dairy substitutions are not available. Please let us know of any allergens or dietary restrictions upon registration so we can plan accordingly!
