General Board Meeting Information


The Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District (BID) Board of Directors meets jointly with the Downtown Boulder Partnership (DBP) Board of Directors and, in select months, the Downtown Boulder Community Initiatives (DBCI) Board of Directors. Meetings are held at the Museum of Boulder (2205 Broadway), unless otherwise noted.

Public Participation:

Meetings of the Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District Board of Directors are open to the public, excluding portions conducted in Executive Session. Unless otherwise stated, meetings are held in person. Members of the community may observe the proceedings and during the public comment period on the agenda, comments may be offered at that time.
