DBP Membership Levels
We are excited to have you as part of the Downtown Boulder Partnership community!
Your membership helps support our shared mission to keep downtown Boulder connected, vibrant, and thriving. Whether you are a longtime downtown business, a new downtown business, a resident, or a business looking to connect with downtown, we are excited to have you as part of the community and look forward to working with you in the year ahead.
Downtown Boulder Partnership memberships align with the calendar year, with benefits valid from January through December of the year in which you join or renew. Our annual renewal campaign for the upcoming year begins each September.
Businesses, organizations, and individuals - no matter where you are located - are welcome to join throughout the year. If you are considering membership after June, please reach out to us to discuss prorated dues options and opportunities.
Membership Eligibility
Businesses located within the Business Improvement District (area shaded in red) are eligible for all membership levels, from Basic through All-Star.
Businesses located outside the BID are eligible for any All-Star membership level. Because some membership benefits are specifically tied to the BID boundaries, a few benefits may be different or may not apply to businesses outside the district.

All-Star Business Members:
Go above and beyond in you support of the work of the Downtown Boulder Partnership by becoming an All-Star Business Member. All-Star Members receive additional perks and recognition - as well as exclusive sponsorship opportunities.

All-Star Member: Silver Level - $1,350

All-Star Member: Gold Level - $3,400

All-Star Member: Platinum Level - $6,000

All-Star Member: Platinum Select Level - $9,000

All-Star Member: Premier Platinum Level - $12,500

This is the highest level recognition amongst our All-Star Business Members! Additional elements include priority placement on All-Star elements, four complimentary seats with the purchase of a table at the Annual Luncheon, and more!
Business Member: Co-Working / Landlord Level - $2,750
Open to any co-working space or landlord with property physically located within the BID (see map)
Benefits: All Benefits of the Basic Level for up to 14 individual businesses. (Separate Gift Card Fee must be paid for each business that would like to accept the DBP gift card.). Additionally, the co-working space or landlord who initiates the membership will be recognized as a Gold Level All-Star member.
