DBP Membership Levels
Downtown Boulder Partnership's annual memberships align with the calendar year - meaning membership benefits are valid from January to December of the year in which you renew / join. (The annual renewal campaign for the upcoming year commences each September.)
Businesses, organizations and individuals are invited to become a member at any time throughout the year. (For membership inquiries after June, please reach out to us for a discussion on dues options / opportunities.)
Because of the boundaries of the Business Improvement District, some of our membership levels have limitations on marketing and support. Those levels are noted with an asterisk '*'.

Individual Member* - $114
Open to any individual

Open to any 501(c)(3) designated organization

Friend of Downtown Boulder* - $459
Open to any business not in the BID or Associate boundary (see the map)

Associate Business Member* - $599
Open to any business physically located immediately adjacent to the BID (yellow shaded area on map - see map)

Business Member: Premier Platinum Level - $11,500

This is the highest level recognition amongst our All-Star Business Members! Additional elements include priority placement on All-Star elements, four complimentary seats with the purchase of a table at the Annual Luncheon, and more!
Business Member: Co-Working / Landlord Level - $2,500
Open to any co-working space or landlord with property physically located within the BID (see map)
Benefits: All Benefits of the Basic Level for up to 14 individual businesses. (Separate Gift Card Fee must be paid for each business that would like to accept the DBP gift card.)
