Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District (BID)
With an annual budget of $1.5 million, the Downtown BID is charged with marketing downtown and invests nearly $500,000 annually in print, television, radio, web and social media to drive traffic to your business.The BID staff also works closely with the City to keep downtown clean and safe. Our crews sweep the sidewalks,  remove graffiti and gum and make sure the trash cans are never overflowing. We also partner with property owners to help them target and recruit high value downtown tenants.

Downtown Boulder Partnership (DBP)
DBP is the “Chamber” for Downtown Boulder offering advocacy on key business issues, networking events and a gift card program with over 200 participating merchants. Joining DBP will get you instantly plugged in to the downtown community.

City of Boulder Community Vitality Department
This City of Boulder department manages all public parking in the downtown area, including the sale of monthly permits for employees. They also provide free EcoPass annual transit passes to all full-time staff within the downtown district. EcoPasses offer free access to buses and light rail throughout the Denver metro area and are a tremendous benefit for downtown employees.

The Economic Vitality Program offers assistance to businesses who are relocating or expanding in navigating the city’s licensing, permitting and zoning processes.
