“Icelandic Echoes: A Sonic Journey into Inner Landscapes” featuring performances by Boulder Bach Festival co-directors Mina Gajic and Zachary Carrettin, is a captivating presentation and performance workshop. Delve inside the music of Icelandic composers including projections of contemporary notation styles with demonstrations and explanations about new worlds in sound. A highlight of this event is a groundbreaking composition by renowned Sigur Ros collaborator, Maria Sigfusdottir, crafted exclusively for Mina and Zachary to perform and record!
“Across Time and Across Cultures” is a series of four presentations that combine the art of performance and the interactive nature of a workshop, all centered around music. A co-presentation of the Boulder Bach Festival and the Dairy Arts Center.
