About Rachel:
Rachel Appel, L.Ac., received her Master of Acupuncture and Master of Chinese Herbal Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado. Rachel is a Colorado-licensed acupuncturist and clinical Chinese herbalist. She is board certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and a member of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado (AAC). Rachel is a Diplomate of Acupuncture and a Diplomate of Chinese Herbology.

Rachel was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, but has called Colorado home since 2010. She loves yoga, meditation, skiing, hiking and exploring the Colorado Mountains. Rachel’s passion for holistic healing and Traditional Chinese Medicine started when she battled with chronic fatigue syndrome, hormonal imbalance and digestives issues. She received acupuncture and took Chinese herbs regularly for two years and saw massive improvements in all of her symptoms. This gave her confidence in the effectiveness of the medicine and influenced her to become an acupuncturist and herbalist. Her mission is to use her innate healing ability to help people uncover their highest potential and understand what it means to feel well.
