Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Bienvenido a Mexico! Enjoy the flavors of our South American neighbors and a night to remember with these classic Mexican dishes! Highlighting the simplicity of street cuisine and the deep food culture based around corn, chilis, and fish!

Ceviche with House Tortilla Chips: White fish cooked in the acidity of lime and salt, Served with chips.

Green Chili and Oaxaca Tamales: A classic dish that highlights corn, one of Mexico’s most essential foods.

Elote Wedge Salad: A twist on the classic wedge salad with fried tortillas, ancho lime sour cream vinaigrette, cotija and chili lime.

Chiles en Nogada: A beef and pork stuffed chile made to celebrate Mexican independence day putting on display the colors of the flag.
