Chef Nicholas Kayser and his talented team at Rooted Craft Kitchen will be bringing Boulder an exclusive Raw Bar pop up in Avanti Boulder from October 6th through October 23rd.

Au Shucks Oyster and Raw Bar is a pop-up stall in Avanti Boulder brought to you by Craft Kitchen Concepts, the team behind Rooted Craft Kitchen. Au Shucks will feature seasonal selections of both East and West Coast Oysters, Shrimp Cocktail, Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Poke. All of the seafood selections are sustainably fished, and procured through our highest quality of purveyors.

Exclusive brands of oysters will be served at Au Shucks. "October is truly the start of oyster season, and we are excited for you to come and taste a truly unique set of oysters from both the East and West Coasts of North America." Stated Owner Nicholas Kayser. The pop up will be serving Savage Blondes, Vavavoom, Chefs Creek, and other delicious briny oysters for everyone to enjoy.
