Ayurveda - The Science of Life
With Prashanta
Saturday, March 4 — 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Description: During this introductory course we will explore the key concepts in Ayurveda. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha – the three elemental doshas which make up our unique psycho-physiology will be discussed in detail. We will explore how their influence governs not only our physical body, but also our mind, and pranic body. After this course, we will have the tools to determine our own “prakruti,” or constitution, and “vikruti,” our current state of imbalance. We will explore methods on how to adapt our diet and lifestyle to best suit the individual needs of our body-type.
