Join the Museum of Boulder as we recognize the opening of the Boulder Strong exhibit, remembering the one-year anniversary of March 22, 2021.

March 22nd, 2022 sadly marks the first anniversary of ten lives lost in a tragedy that had an impact on many people. In response, the Museum of Boulder offers a new exhibit as a place to reflect how our community came together in the aftermath, and on how we have all changed in the year since.

The exhibit will include portraits of Boulder community members connected to the event in some way, as well as a small portion of the artifacts left at the memorial fence that the Museum collected.

At the reception, meet the photographer, Ross Taylor as he shares the process of building trust, engaging the special people in each portrait and gathering oral histories and stories for preservation. Representatives from the Boulder Strong Resource Center will also be present to help guests absorb and reflect in the new space.
