Lighten up with this simple breathing technique, and gain access to more clarity, heart-fulfillment, and internal calm. We'll start with a guided meditation for centering & grounding, then we will breathe together with great music and AJ's soulful guidance. This breathwork technique is simple, but the results are profound.

Things to bring: eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes.
