Learn how to turn a few hunks of cheese and a cutting board into a party-starting work of edible art in this masterclass on cheeseboard building with Dedalus. Includes everything you need to build your board, plus wine tasting and a 10% discount on everything purchased in the shop the day of the workshop!

In this masterclass with expert monger and host extraordinaire Lena of Dedalus, you’ll get to build a beautiful cheeseboard and learn about wine pairings for cheese and charcuterie.

After the class, we’ll dive into wine pairings while snacking on a party-sized grazing board put together by the Dedalus Mongers. You’ll taste the wines and get to learn all about what makes wine and food pairings sing with our wine expert Jordan.

At the end of the masterclass, you’ll get to take the cheeseboard you created home to show off your new skills to your friends and family. We have limited space for this class, so get your tickets early!
