Join our amazing Chef Jen for a morning in the kitchen! She’ll be walking you through some delicious and inventive recipes that are sure to up your home baking skills.
Palisade Peach Tartlets: Delicious seasonal pastry with Crème patisserie, pate sucre, and glazed palisade peaches
Cherry Clafoutis: a baked French dessert with salted caramel and dark chocolate ganache
48 hour Focaccia: we’ll mix this dough while you’re here, discussing fermentation and working with yeast, and send you home to bake it!
