Explore the many cultures and flavors that fuse to create some of the most traditional and delicious dishes we all love from Israel.

Falafels: Fried chickpea balls stuffed in pita bread with fresh vegetables and pickles

Tzatziki: A refreshing yogurt and cucumber sauce perfect for topping your falafels with!

Shawarma Marinated Steak Kabob: A powerfully spiced marinade on delicious steak kabobs, cooked to perfection

Tabouli Salad: A refreshing traditional parsley salad with bulgur wheat.

Baba Ganoush: Charred eggplant puree with tahini and spices, and served with fresh vegetables and warm pita bread.
