Join us for a cooking class!
Join us in learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch! It is a fun experience and something that will make you appreciate pasta even more. Each student will have the opportunity to make their own pasta dough then roll it out. We will make ravioli with a seasonal filling, sauce and a bright salad to complete the meal.

Beurre Monte: A classic, simple sauce, elegant in its execution and perfect for ravioli!
Seasonal Greens with Farro, Pomegranate, Sunflower Seeds, and a Lemon Vinaigrette: A simple but hearty salad with tender grains and juicy pomegranate seeds
This menu can be made vegetarian or dairy free upon request. Gluten free options are not available for this class. Please let us know of any allergens or dietary restrictions upon registration so we can plan accordingly!
