Another fun morning in the kitchen! This menu is also a big hit with the kiddos, one of their favorite days from our Italy summer camp.
Chicken Kabob: Spice marinated chicken, griddle cooked on a skewer
Tzatziki: Cucumber lemon and yogurt, a cool dipping sauce
Hummus: Classic chickpea and tahini dip
Greek Salad: Cucumber, olive, tomato salad with red wine vinaigrette
