Join us for a cooking class!
Soak in the warmth of Pho, the rich broth, the hearty meat and crisp accoutrements!
Pho Ga: Chicken Pho, a lesser known version of the famous vietnamese broth
Goi Cuon: Tofu, rice noodles, and veggies, all wrapped up and served with nuoc cham
Thit Nuong: Marinated pork skewers grilled to perfection
Nuoc Cham: Fish sauce seasoned with lime juice and sugar
Nuoc Leo: Peanuts and hoisin balanced in a traditional dipping sauce
This class can be made gluten free upon request. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergens upon registration so we can plan accordingly!
