Gougeres: Famous baked gruyere dough rounds, a wonderful cheesy appetizer!
Pan-Seared Pork Chops: Bone-in pork chops seared to golden brown and braised with shallot and garlic.
Dijon-Herb Glaze: A classic of the Burgundy region; Rich and creamy with white wine and herbs.
Caramelized Apple and Fennel Crepes with Radicchio: Crepes stuffed with slow cooked apples and fennel
Orange Butter: A sweet and delicate whipped butter, the perfect garnish for a crepe

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
