Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Join us as we travel to Argentina for the night! We’ll make the perfect steak and an all time favorite crispy dough pocket filled with wonderful flavors. We’ll top everything with a bright herb sauce to match your empanadas and steak churrasco style!

Poblano, Spinach and Corn Empanadas: Delicious little pockets of dough stuffed with poblano peppers, spinach, corn, and queso fresco
Salsa Roja: A savory roasted salsa with peppers, tomatoes, and garlic. A perfect pairing for your empanadas!
Pan-Seared Flank Steak: Golden brown and delicious crust on a classic cut of meat
Chimichurri: Traditional Argentine parsley, oil and vinegar based condiment and herbed sauce

This class can be made gluten free upon request- a gluten free empanada dough will be pre-made by our chefs. Dairy free or vegetarian substitutions are not available for this class.
