Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! This menu was inspired by what we like to eat while drinking the deliciously old wines of the region!

Beet Hummus with Goat Cheese and Crudite: A savory, earthy spread to serve with fresh vegetables and nutty goat cheese
Blue Cheese and Walnut Stuffed Pears: A perfect pairing of rich blue cheese and delicious poached fruit
Butter Lettuce Salad with Pine Nuts, Fresh Herbs and Caper Vinaigrette: A classic salad featuring a delicate dressing and classic French herbs
Seared Duck Breast with Red Wine Pan Jus: Sheer perfection, with rich duck breast and a delicious pan sauce
Roasted Garlic Potatoes: The perfect accompaniment to a rich duck dish

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
