Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! In this heavily spiced Indian class we will play with flavors and indulge in some amazingly warming recipes!

Onion Bhaji: Battered and fried spiced onion fritters
Raita: A cooling herb and yogurt sauce
Tamarind Sauce: A sweet and sour type dipping sauce
Chicken Tikka Masala: Chicken stewed in a tomato cream sauce and spices
Vegetable Biryani: Classic rice dish with vegetables and spices

This menu can be made gluten free or vegetarian upon request.
This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
