In this heavily spiced Indian class we will play with flavors and indulge in some amazingly warming recipes!
Onion Bhaji: Battered and fried spiced onion fritters
Raita: A cooling herb and yogurt sauce
Tamarind Sauce: A sweet and sour type dipping sauce
Chicken Tikka Masala: Chicken stewed in a tomato cream sauce and spices
Vegetable Biryani: Classic rice dish with vegetables and spices
We can provide gluten free and vegetarian substitutions for this class. Due to the nature of the recipes, we cannot provide dairy free substitutes. Please inform us of any allergens or dietary restrictions upon registration so we can plan accordingly.
