Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Explore the many cultures and flavors that fuse to create some of the most traditional and delicious dishes we all love from Israel.

Falafels: Fried chickpea balls stuffed in pita bread with fresh vegetables and pickles
Tzatziki: A refreshing yogurt and cucumber sauce perfect for topping your falafels with!
Shawarma Marinated Steak Kabob: A powerfully spiced marinade on delicious steak kabobs, cooked to perfection
Tabouli Salad: A refreshing traditional parsley salad with bulgur wheat.
Baba Ganoush: Charred eggplant puree with tahini and spices, and served with fresh vegetables and warm pita bread.


This class can be made gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan upon request.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
