Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab. Indian cuisine doesn’t have to take all day to prepare and cook! For a great weeknight meal, try these classic and fun Indian dishes!
Shishito Pakora: Lightly battered shishito peppers, fried to a deep golden brown and paired with bright acidic sauces

Peach Mint Chutney: Fresh peaches simmered to a thick sauce with ginger and spices
Raita: A cooling herb and yogurt sauce
Chapati: Handmade whole wheat flatbread, seared to perfection
Channa Kari: A richly spiced coconut and onion curry surrounding earthy chickpeas

This class can be made gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian upon request.
