Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Indian cuisine doesn’t have to take all day to prepare and cook! For a great weeknight meal, try these classic and fun Indian dishes!

Shishito Pakora: Lightly battered shishito peppers, fried to a deep golden brown and paired with bright acidic sauces
Peach Mint Chutney: Fresh peaches simmered to a thick sauce with ginger and spices
Raita: A cooling herb and yogurt sauce
Chapati: Handmade whole wheat flatbread, seared to perfection
Channa Kari: A richly spiced coconut and onion curry surrounding earthy chickpeas

This class can be made gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian upon request.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
