Indian cuisine doesn’t have to take all day to prepare and cook! For a great weeknight meal, try these classic and fun Indian dishes!
Shishito Pakora: Lightly battered shishito peppers, fried to a deep golden brown and paired with bright acidic sauces
Peach Mint Chutney: Fresh peaches simmered to a thick sauce with ginger and spices
Raita: A cooling herb and yogurt sauce
Kulcha Paneer: A leavened flat bread stuffed with cheese and peppers then seared until crisp.
Chana Masala: A fragrant and hearty chickpea stew great for dipping bread.
This class is vegetarian and can be made gluten free upon request. Dairy free substitutions are not available for this menu.
This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
