Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! The best part about this class may be all the delicious smells of ginger, lemongrass and garlic, to name a few! And if you have never made curry paste from scratch, now is the time!
Muu Bing: Marinated pork skewers
Cucumber Salad: A refreshing salad to pair with the grilled pork
Green Curry with Shrimp: Fresh ground curry paste in coconut milk with shrimp and vegetables
Por Pia Tod: Crispy Thai Spring Rolls served with peanut dipping sauce
This class can be made vegetarian upon request and is dairy free. Due to the nature of the recipes, gluten free substitutions are not available. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergens at registration so we can plan accordingly!
