Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Some classic dishes of Vietnam will tease your taste buds perfectly!

Banh Mi: A classic marinated pork sandwich with pickles and aioli

Nuoc cham: Traditional dipping sauce with thai chiles, lime juice, and fish sauce

Bun Bo Xao: A lemongrass beef noodle bowl topped with fresh vegetables, herbs, and peanuts

Bánh xèo: A delicious savory crepe with shrimp or pork and scallions, served in lettuce wraps with fish sauce

This class can be made gluten free, dairy free or shellfish free upon request. Due to the nature of the recipes, vegetarian or pork free options are not available. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergens upon registration so we can plan accordingly.
