Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Some classic dishes of Vietnam will tease your taste buds perfectly!

Banh Mi: A classic marinated pork sandwich with pickles and aioli
Nuoc cham: Traditional dipping sauce with thai chiles, lime juice, and fish sauce
Bun Bo Xao: A lemongrass beef noodle bowl topped with fresh vegetables, herbs, and peanuts
Bánh xèo: A delicious savory crepe with shrimp or pork and scallions, served in lettuce wraps with fish sauce

This class can be made dairy free or gluten free upon request. Vegetarian or vegan substitutions are not available for this class.


This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
