This summer, be inspired by nature and the beauty of the land @ BMoCA!

Presenting three, multi-week classes in conjunction with BMoCA’s summer exhibition agriCULTURE: Art Inspired by the Land.

Class Description:
As blossoms bend and turn, as petals spiral out to open fully, shapes and sizes “appear” to shift. Yet often, when you draw “what you see”, it doesn’t look right. Learn how to accurately “see” and “record” these visual abstractions. Starting with demonstrations and drawing exercises you will practice the techniques needed to artistically deconstruct and reconstruct several flower types. Individual attention and in-class exercises and work time provide the guidance to produce pages of wonderful flower portraits in graphite. Materials not included.
