Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Journey to another famous mountain range and dive into some Swiss classics, starring a rich, classic fondue.
Swiss Canape: Make this classic Swiss bite with brown bread layered with hard boil egg, homemade Thomy mayo, and smoked salmon
Classic Alpine Fondue: The rich and creamy classic made with alpine cheese, wine and kirsch with all the classic dippers and a couple twists.
Fennel Citrus Salad: A deliciously light and refreshing salad to bring the rich evening into perfect harmony
This menu can be made gluten free or vegetarian upon request. Due to the nature of these recipes, dairy free substitutions are not available.
This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
