Join us for a baking workshop at Food Lab! Our first menu with our friends at Dry Storage- with more to come this fall + winter! For this first event, we'll be focusing on using Dry Storage flour to create some everyday baked favorites, with plenty of discussion about working with fresh milled flours and incorporating local + high quality grains in your everyday cooking.
Each ticket includes a 2.2 lb bag of Dry Storage flour, perfect to recreate the recipes at home!
Menu:
English Muffins with Poached Eggs: fresh english muffins, served with poached eggs
Bechamel + Hollandaise: two mother sauces, to serve with the english muffins + poached eggs
Classic Scones: handmade scones with fresh peach jam
Fresh Butter: we love to make butter from scratch, it's a great skill to have in your arsenal
