Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Everyone loves tacos! These quick and fun tacos are perfect for a fun and festive party or just a weeknight dinner.

Baja Fish Tacos with Chipotle Crema: Crispy beer battered fish, fried to a golden brown and served with a tangy & spicy sauce
Three Chili Chicken Tacos: A rich tomato and chili braised chicken, shredded and seasoned for your tacos
Elotes: a celebrated Mexican street snack, fresh corn on the cob slathered in creamy sauce and dusted with Mexican cheese
Fresh Tomato and Herb Salsa: Simple and elegant, with fresh oregano, parsley, and cilantro to set it apart from your average pico
Curtido: Fresh and lightly pickled jicama and cabbage slaw

This class can be made gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan upon request.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
