Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Learn to make your own pasta, paired with a delicious salad and the most simple sauce, a perfect meal!

Marinated Olives: Simple, easy, and delicious
Fresh Pasta Dough: Nothing is better than fresh pasta!
Lemon Fig Ricotta: Savory dried figs and bright lemon ricotta
Tomato Sauce with Pancetta: Delicious tomato sauce with hearty pancetta
Summer Salad with pomegranate and lemon herb vinaigrette: Complex, bright salad with a variety of textures and flavors

This menu can be made vegetarian upon request. Due to the nature of these recipes, dairy or gluten substitutions are not available.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
