Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab. We'll be learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch! We will dive into both a rolled and cut pasta and a stuffed pasta both with hearty, warming sauces and served with a bright salad.

Ricotta and Parmesan Stuffed Ravioli: Delicious cheeses stuffed in your homemade pasta
Brown Butter and Sage Sauce: A classic, simple sauce, elegant in its execution and perfect for ravioli!
Pappardelle with Bolognese: Hearty meat sauce coats the wide ribbon of pasta.
Seasonal Greens with Dried Cherries, Sunflower Seeds, and a Lemon Vinaigrette: A simple but hearty salad with pops of fresh herbs.


This menu can be made vegetarian upon request. Due to the nature of these recipes, dairy or gluten substitutions are not available.


This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
