Join us at Food Lab to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch! It is a fun experience and something that will make you appreciate pasta even more. Each student will have the opportunity to make their own pasta dough then roll it out. We will make ravioli with a seasonal filling, sauce and a bright salad to complete the meal.

Ricotta and Parmesan Stuffed Ravioli: Delicious cheeses stuffed in your homemade pasta

Brown Butter and Sage Sauce: A classic, simple sauce, elegant in its execution and perfect for ravioli!

Pappardelle with Pork Ragu: Pork braised in a rich tomato sauce served with pappardelle

Seasonal Greens with Dried Cherries, Sunflower Seeds, and a Lemon Vinaigrette: A simple but hearty salad with pops of fresh herbs.

This menu can be made vegetarian upon request. Gluten free options are not available for this class. Please let us know of any allergens or dietary restrictions upon registration so we can plan accordingly!
