Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! We welcome you to enter Tuscany with this warm and rich menu.

Panzanella Salad: Crusty bread and tomato salad in vinaigrette
Ribollita: A classic Tuscan soup of white beans and kale in a flavorful broth
Fresh Pappardelle with Pork Ragu: Pork braised in a rich tomato sauce served with fresh pappardelle pasta


This class can be made vegetarian or gluten free upon request. Gluten free options are not available.


This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
