Slow flow with Sound Healing is an intentional flow practice that connects movement to breath in a sequence of yoga poses. A Restorative Yoga Savasana will accompany the healing sounds and vibration of a gong to provide nourishment and invite a deep state of relaxation. This class is designed to be accessible for all levels.
