Join us for Happy Healthy Holidays! This 90min class will have an emphasis on Prāṇāyāma (breath-work), Dhāraṇā (concentration) and Āsana (posture) yoga practice that encourages joy, gratitude, love and good health. Class will begin with a short yoga practice, before breath-work, and then diving into various concentration techniques that train the mind and promote ‘self-mastery’. The concentration practices will stimulate a sense of one’s own compassion, self-satisfaction, and living in abundance. Homemade Ayurvedic winter tea and home-baked Ayurvedic treats will be included with a ticket as well as entrance to the Museum. We are looking forward to having you all together with us for this wellness program! See you on your mat!
