Are you curious about the art and science of Chinese Herbal Medicine? Join us at Terracotta, for this special evening lead by Peter Simon, a Five Elements acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist practicing here in Boulder.

This class will explore the underpinnings of Chinese Herbal Medicine by looking at our interwoven relationship with plants and herbs. Through a combination of theoretical, spiritual, and tactical explorations we will see how herbs can assist us with our health and well-being.

Throughout the class, we will sample a variety of different herbs, teas, tonics, and decoctions. As well as learn some ideal practices for using herbal medicine in the winter season.
