Come try out the Food Lab version of Korean BBQ. The flavors are bold and tangy and rich and all the good things! Don’t snooze on this one, it will get sold out quickly.
Kimchi Fried Rice: Fried rice with kimchi.
Samgyeopsal (Pork Belly): Thick-cut pork belly grilled and served with ssamjang and lettuce wraps.
Dak Bulgogi (Korean BBQ Chicken): Sweet, spicy, and savory gochujang-marinated chicken.
Kimchi Trio: Classic napa cabbage, radish, and cucumber kimchi.
Pickled Daikon & Garlic: Essential palate cleansers for Korean BBQ.
This menu can be made gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian upon request.
This is an eat-as-we-go menu so all dishes will be enjoyed at the counter.
This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children ages 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
