Libra Full Moon: Yin Yoga & Sound Healing- Wednesday, April 5th, 2023

Connect with your heart and your body as we come together for movement, music and connection under the Full Moon in Libra.

✨ We will guide the group into nourishing resting poses and provide pillows for extra support and comfort. The poses will be centered around the Heart Chakra, breath, and accompanied by live sound healing instruments.

Rediscover your equilibrium and soak up the power of the Full Moon igniting you to conquer the month with clarity and intention.

*** Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle.
