This class is a great little taste of some flavors of the Mediterranean. All recipes are great to have in your fridge too for some great snacking and weeknight meals!

Dolma: A rice, nut, and currant stuffed grape leaf with the perfect balance of acid.

Carrot Tahini Salad: Carrots shredded and pressed with salt and dressed with a creamy tahini sauce, with some fresh herbs.

Kefta: Warm spiced meatballs served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce.

Tzatziki: A traditional cucumber and mint yogurt sauce.

Cauliflower Rice Greek Salad: A modern twist on a Greek classic.

We can provide gluten or dairy free substitutions upon request. Vegetarian options are not available for this class. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergens upon registration so we can plan accordingly.
