Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! This class is a great little taste of some flavors of the Mediterranean. All recipes are great to have in your fridge too for some great snacking and weeknight meals!

Dolma: A rice, nut, and currant stuffed grape leaf with the perfect balance of acid.

Carrot Tahini Salad: Carrots shredded and pressed with salt and dressed with a creamy tahini sauce, with some fresh herbs.

Kefta: Warm spiced meatballs served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce.

Tzatziki: A traditional cucumber and mint yogurt sauce.

Cauliflower Rice Greek Salad: A modern twist on a Greek classic.

This menu can be made gluten free, dairy free or nut free upon request. Due to the nature of the recipes, vegetarian options are not available for this class. Please let us know of any allergens or dietary restrictions upon registration so we can plan accordingly!
