Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Dishes inspired by the flavors of Mexico City! Enjoy and recreate for a fun evening at home.

Mini Avocado Tostada: Fried tortillas topped with avocado, chiles, cotija, and pepitas
Chicken Lime Cilantro Taquitos: Tomato braised chicken shredded and stuffed into corn tortillas and fried until crisp.
Salsa Verde: Tangy tomatillo salsa with cilantro and lime
Tortas Al Pastor: A classic Mexican sandwich filled with charred pineapple and marinated pork
Jicama Slaw: A sweet and refreshing vinegar based slaw with jicama and cabbage

This class can be made gluten free or dairy free upon request. Vegetarian or vegan options are not available for this class.


This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
