Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Learn to create one of the classic one pot meals, Paella! Paired with a delicious salad, a perfect evening and one you can show off to your friends at your next dinner party.

Paella Chorizo, Camarones, y Mejillones: A true classic. Chorizo, shrimp, and mussels come together in an all-time favorite paella
Paella Chorizo, Pollo, y Hongos: Another classic with slightly more modern appeal. Chorizo, chicken and mushrooms make up this paella.
Paella Vegetables: One for the vegetable lovers out there, a paella that can change with the season
Saffron Aioli: A rich and delicate sauce to top your delicious paella
Seasonal Greens, Manchego, and Sherry Vinaigrette: A simple and easy salad packed full of flavor that is sure to impress


This class can be made gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan upon request.


This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
