Description: Pregnancy is such a beautiful time for nurturing the body & mind and an opportunity to connect with other mamas experiencing this great transition. This special prenatal class is for any mothers-to-be whether this is your first baby or you are a seasoned mama. Class includes a prenatal yoga session and a closing ceremony to reflect on this sacred chapter of life before a new one begins.
